The month of April 2023 had 54 Closed sales and 86 New Listings to the market*, according to the latest monthly housing report provided by Uptown Realty Group.
In comparison to last year: April 2022 had 72 homes sold. This represents a 25% decline in sales in April 2023 compared to last year.
In April 2023, the average sales price was up 12% year-over-year to $222.252, while the median sales price was also up 13% at $202,450.
As of the month end, inventory in the ACBOR Residential listings sits at 209 homes which is up 8% from April of 2022.
