Bob Prebe brings with him an impressive background of valuable insight and real estate market knowledge of the Athens, Ohio area. With a distinguished 21 year career in property management and real estate sales, Bob has expertise in residential, commercial and investment properties, representing tenants, Owners, buyers and sellers throughout the process.
In 2025, Bob earned his CPM designation via IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). The Certified Property Management designation is the premier property management certification. Bob is competent in skills related to ethics, asset analysis, accounting, marketing and leasing, leading a team, property financing, property valuation and management, focusing on core competencies for managing property and maximizing its value. Bob is the only Certified Property Manager in Athens County, Ohio.

Bob earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Ohio University, an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Remington College, and his Real Estate Broker’s License from Hondros College. He has worked in the Cleveland Public Schools, and with a software development company as a vendor support specialist and website designer.
Bob is a father of four. He enjoys playing music and throwing a football with his boys in his free time.
